General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on www.rituacy.com, operated by NATPROCOS BY IH SARL. By placing an order, the customer (the Buyer) fully accepts these terms.

1. Products

The cosmetic products offered for sale are those displayed on the Site, subject to availability. Images are for illustration only and have no contractual value.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in MAD or other supported currencies, including applicable VAT. Delivery fees may apply depending on the destination and order amount. Customs duties (if applicable) remain the Buyer’s responsibility.

RITUACY may update its prices at any time; orders are invoiced based on the price in effect at checkout.

3. Payment Methods

  • Morocco: Cash on Delivery (COD) or credit card. COD requires payment of delivery and return fees if the order is refused.
  • International: Credit card only.

4. Delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped through our logistics partners. Tracking information is provided. Estimated delivery times (excluding weekends/public holidays):

  • Morocco: 48–72 hours after order confirmation.
  • International: Approx. 3–15 business days, depending on destination. 

Delivery costs may be fully or partially covered by RITUACY depending on the order and location.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of proven defects (damage, wrong item, etc.).

The Buyer must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery, with photos showing:

  1. the package before opening, and
  2.  the unopened product inside.

If validated, a replacement item will be sent at no cost.

6. Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer once the package is physically received by the Buyer or a designated recipient.

7. Liability

RITUACY is not responsible for interruptions or incidents related to Internet use. Cases of force majeure suspend the obligations of the Parties.

8. Complaints

Any complaint must be submitted via the contact form available on the Site.

9. Changes to Terms

These General Conditions of Sale may be updated at any time. The applicable version is the one
accepted by the Buyer at checkout.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of , only the Commercial Court of Casablanca has jurisdiction. 

In the event of translation discrepancies, the French version prevails.
